Your weekly digest arrives every Sunday and summarizes the past week's sessions across every subject your child is using TutorMate for.
The mastery breakdown shows movement between levels — 'developing', 'proficient', and 'mastered' — for each topic covered that week. A topic that's been stuck at 'developing' for more than two weeks is usually worth a closer look.
The 'top struggle area' is written in plain language specifically so you don't need subject expertise to understand it. It's paired with a suggested conversation starter — a question you can ask that invites your child to explain the concept in their own words.
XP and streak information is included mainly for context. It's a useful signal of consistency, but shouldn't be the primary thing you focus on — mastery movement is the more meaningful indicator of progress.
